Hosking Hardwood Flooring has been selling, installing, and refinishing hardwood flooring for over 70 years. They are experts in the hardwood flooring business and are well known for their craftsmanship and knowledge of hardwood flooring. Sanding and Refinishing Old Floors, What will it cost?

Don't replace that old hardwood floor until we look at them as we can save you a lot of money by professionally sanding and refinishing them new again. Most hardwood flooring has a lifespan of 80-100 years and can be sanded and refinished anywhere from 3- 7 times before needing to be replaced. We are the experts when it comes to sanding and refinishing old floors, we can remove the old worn out finish, 99% of scratches and water stains, bringing them back looking new again.  We use only commercial rated oil or water based floor finishes that will last many years.

Installing Hardwood Flooring, What will it cost?

If you haven’t got the desire or the time to install our flooring yourself, we can install it for you. We have specially trained courteous licensed and insured installers that can professionally install any flooring. We can get the job done quickly and get it done right! Remember that hardwood flooring is the only floor covering that will increase your homes value and having wood flooring makes your home sell faster!

Sand, Stain (desired color) and Refinish old flooring new using 3 coats of commercial grade Oil base urethane - $4.25 sf	Install glue down Prefinished flooring - $4.50 sf  labor only
