For installing 1/2" to 3/4 " Solid or engineered flooring. SENCO's SHF15 new ratchet system gives do-it-yourself, rental, novice and professional floor installers a multiple-strike tool with ample power to set nails in 1/2 to 33/32" hardwood. It has a composite base to virtually eliminate scratching and damage to the surface of both unfinished and prefinished wood. At only 7.6 lbs., the SHF15 is ergonomically designed with the installer in mind. With a Moderate Swing of the Mallet this Flooring Nailer drives a 16-gauge L Head Flooring cleat nail. This nailer is activated by the force of the hammer - No air compressor is needed.
