DESCRIPTION: 
Because of its high content of heart wood, Heart Pine has a tight growth ring pattern and a unique rich reddish-amber color. Reclaimed from the Old Cannon Mills in NC, this century old lumber is carefully cut and re-manufactured into a simply beautiful and durable flooring product. This engineered heart pine is sliced into an 1/8 IN. veneer and backed with a 7ply Birch plywood substrate and can be sanded and refinished 4 to 5 times if ever needed. Authentic - Old Nail holes, wood plugs and stable open checks allowed in this mixed grain floor.

The finish is a modified polyurethane with a deep oiled look and matte sheen.
