Mercier's Select & Better Grade of Solid Hardwood Flooring is considered the very best. Available in Red Oak, Maple and Yellow Birch, S&B is the clearest grade, as it is a mix of a clear grade and a selected grade.

Mercier's Selected Grade of Solid Hardwood Flooring is a step below S&B in terms of grading. In this collection, you will find Red Oak and Cherry selections, as well as 9/16" thick Exotics and 3/4" thick exotics.

The Pacific Grade from Mercier is a middle grade, with a more varied appearance throughout the different boards.

The Country Grade from Mercier is available in Red Oak Natural and Maple Natural 4-1/4" wide boards. This flooring will have a few character marks within the boards, such as knot holes and darker graining, and it will give a room more of a rustic look.

Antique Grade flooring from Mercier, like the Country grade, has more character in the boards. The natural knot holes and dark graining within the boards give the appearance of an older looking floor. This collection offers species like Red Oak, Maple, and Yellow Birch.

Premium (Engineered)
The Premium Grade of Mercier's 1/2" Engineered Flooring is offered in a variety of natural and stained domestic species and exotic species. Over a 1/8" thick wear layer gives you the option of sanding and refinishing this engineered floor 4 to 5 times if needed. Standard production in a Satin Finish; call for Semi-Gloss availability.

Classic (Engineered)
The Classic Grade of 1/2" Engineered Flooring from Mercier offers more character than the Premium Grade. You'll find that these floors have more mineral streaks in the boards, more color variation, and some darker knot holes. Standard production in a Satin Finish; call for Semi-Gloss availability.
