Manufactured with Oak, this Bruce Hardwood Floor comes with a 25 Year Finish Warranty, a Lifetime Structural Warranty, and a Lifetime Adhesive Bond and Subfloor Moisture Protection Warranty, when installed by Bruce Floors' instruction. Can be glued down, stapled down, or floated. Micro Edges and Ends, this Engineered floor is finished with a Dura-Luster Plus Urethane and is 3" wide. This floor is also available in 5" widths. This collection has been approved by Bruce to be installed over Radiant Heat.
